We are owned and operated by KEVSRA ENTERPRISES LIMITED our offices are based in Kenya.

Our Services

When placing an order, customers must specify their preferred delivery time along with the type of document that needs to be translated. In instances where there is more than one document, please detail the purpose of all documents.

The Translator Tongue is not responsible for delays caused by inaccuracies in customer-provided material.

Using Our Services

When using our translation services from www.thetranslatortongue.com, customers must provide a written statement outlining the purpose for which the translation will be used. In the absence of such a request, the translation will be considered for informational and comprehension purposes only.

If a customer explicitly requests in writing that the translation be treated as the final document, no further editing will be allowed. Failure to disclose the intended purpose will be assumed as informational use by The Translator Tongue.

Quotes for Translations

Quotes for translations will be provided by The Translator Tongue and will vary based on the customer’s individual request. The accuracy of the quotes depends on the information provided by the customer, including material description and the intended purpose of the translation.

In case of insufficient material description, The Translator Tongue reserves the right to adjust the quotes accordingly.

Payment Terms & Refunds
Payments

Customers must ensure full payment compliance. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in the suspension of work on current and future orders. Payments are made through a secure external processing system.

Customers must complete payment prior to receiving the completed translation. Translations will not be provided until the payment has been made. The Translator Tongue accepts payment through all major credit and debit cards.

Payments made through our website will appear on the client's bank statement with the billing descriptor TTTSCL, Kenya.

Refunds & Cancellations

Customers cancelling commissioned work by The Translator Tongue are responsible for payment of completed work up to the cancellation date, along with any additional costs incurred.

Refunds are considered in exceptional circumstances, and it is up to the discretion of The Translator Tongue whether refunds are given. If completed work significantly deviates from the original order, customers may request a refund within three days of receiving the work.

Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

Age Restrictions

Customers must be over the age of 18. We are unable to offer translations to those under the age of 18.

Liability & Indemnification

The Translator Tongue is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. We cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the failure to provide products or services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers assume all risk associated with our services and agree to indemnify and hold The Translator Tongue harmless from any claims or damages related to the use of our products or services.

Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Disputes between the customer and The Translator Tongue must first attempt to be resolved by each party. If it arises that a dispute will not be solved, then either party may involve the law courts.

Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the city where The Translator Tongue resides, with each party consenting to this jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers acknowledge that any legal action or proceeding will take place in the specified jurisdiction.
